Robotic automation cost efficient for industries

The use of industrial robots along with systems for computer-assisted design (CAD) systems and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), are the latest trend in automation of manufacturing processes. Most of the work has been loaded into the robots. These technologies lead to industrial robotic automation to another transition, outcome still unknown.

Although is it said that the market growth of the robotics industry is slow compared to the years of the 80's. According to the predictions made, the robotics industry is still in its infancy.

There are mainly three kinds of industrial automation such as:
1. Fixed automation
2. Programmable automation
3. Flexible automation

This has been helpful to the industries as they have used robotic automation in many areas of industries and they have proven to be excellent and cost effective. At present, there are not all companies who have been using this system as the robot costs are too high. The large companies can afford as they have to hire more employees instead of that it is better for them to make use of robots for production purpose. It is not possible that in all areas robots can be used, hence they are used in the areas where they can be efficient.

According to the market analysis it is predicted that the in the manufacturing industry the use of subsequent industrial robots will increase and there is more scope of technological advances. This will allow more business and also up gradation in the robots. Automation and robotics are closely related technologies which can be defined as robotic automation technology which is related to the use of mechanical-electrical-based computers handling the operations and production.
